Sprouts Farmers Market Haul – My Favorite Finds This Week

Sprouts Farmers Market is one of my favorite go-to spots for discovering unique, clean, and nutrient-packed goodies. This week’s haul was a perfect mix of pantry staples, nourishing snacks, and self-care treats that I’m genuinely excited to share.

Pantry & Fridge Favorites

Big Picture Foods Organic Banana Peppers

Fermented, flavorful, and regeneratively farmed! These banana peppers are slow-cured for a tangy kick and packed with probiotics. I love using them when I make yummy subs for the kiddos and banana peppers are a must-have topping for us. My toddler doesn’t eat subs since they’re too big for her, but she’ll devour these as a snack. My daughter isn’t afraid of the sour taste lol What makes this brand stand out that it’s organic and regeneratively farmed, which means they’re grown in a way that actually helps restore soil health and the environment and I totally love that!

St. Dalfour Cherry & Acerola Fruit Spread

Sweetened only with dates and grapes, this fruit spread blends black cherries and acerola cherries for a super yummy, tart flavor. Acerola cherries are known for their vitamin C, but they’re also packed with antioxidants, carotenoids, and polyphenols that support immune resilience and overall vitality. Black cherries, on the other hand, shine more for their anthocyanins (deep red-purple pigments with anti-inflammatory effects) and their mildly calming, relaxing properties. The lemon juice not only brings a yummy citrusy lift but also adds its own dose of vitamin C. I especially love having it on whole grain toast with a drizzle of honey when we’re recovering from sickness and easing our appetite back, it feels light yet nourishing. The kiddos think it’s absolutely delicious too! It’s made with just clean, simple ingredients… fruit, lemon juice, and fruit pectin for that perfect jam-like texture.

Sweet Nothings Organic Açaí Bowl

An easy grab-and-go breakfast or snack made with organic superfoods. No added sugar, just the natural sweetness of berries and a refreshing açaí base. I love this brand! it actually tastes like the authentic frozen açaí we get when we go out for breakfast. My stepkids and I love going to açaí places, and I’ve tried other brands at home but nothing ever comes close… until this one. Every other Saturday during the summer, I’d use two of these per child to make a big açaí bowl topped with their favorite add ons, some organic granola, a drizzle of honey, and a little hazelnut chocolate.

Self-Care and Wellness Pick

Batana Oil (Cold-Pressed)

Batana oil is a nutrient-rich, cold-pressed oil from the American palm (Elaeis oleifera), treasured in Honduras for generations as a restorative beauty treatment. It’s packed with beneficial lipids, tocopherols (vitamin E), and trace minerals such as phosphorus and magnesium that nourish both hair and skin. It works by deeply penetrating the hair shaft, replenishing the lipid layer that heat styling and environmental stress often strip away. It can also softens relax scalp tissues when massaged in, helping ease constriction, this is very useful in tension headaches where pressure and tightness is felt, not throbbing pain.

Personally, I love using it on my hair for thickness and moisturizing. Before, I dealt with a lot of breakage from years of straightening, which meant more trims. Since adding Batana oil into my routine, I’ve noticed I can straighten more often while still letting my hair grow fuller and healthier with lesser damage. I also massage it into my skin during the winter when I get especially dry, and it keeps my skin soft and nourished without feeling heavy. It’s fatty acids support barrier repair, helping reduce transepidermal water loss and calm irritation and itchiness from DRYNESS. If your under-eyes also tend to be dry from having thin, crepey skin, this oil is a nourishing addition to your skincare routine.

It’s 100% natural, cold-pressed, and sourced directly from Honduras, where it has long been valued as a beauty secret of the Garífuna people. Traditionally, the Garífuna people have used Batana Oil for generations, massaging it into the scalp to encourage healthy hair growth, applying it to the skin for repair and protection, blending it into remedies for wounds, burns, and scars because of its emollient and reparative qualities, and passing it down as part of their heritage of wellness. The oil is best used externally.

Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Organic Hand Sanitizer

Organic, fair-trade, and invigoratingly minty, this hand sanitizer is gentle on hands while effectively cleansing. I usually try to craft my own hand sanitizers from scratch, but when I get too busy, this is my go-to to buy because the formula is so clean and simple, just organic alcohol from sugar cane, water, peppermint oil, and glycerin.. I am sooo in love with the smell… the peppermint oil mixed with the natural sweetness of the sugar cane alcohol makes it absolutely delicious, unlike any other minty sanitizer I’ve smelled. I especially appreciate the glycerin, since I’m prone to dry hands and most harsh isopropyl alcohol based sanitizers make it worse. This sanitizer is definitely my favorite, and I love keeping it handy in my purse whenever I’m out and about.
